Russian academy of sciences accredits a research of an instructor of Baghdad university and selects an instructor for scientific appraisal in the foreign ministry
Institute of orientalism in the Russian academy of sciences presented a research by Dr. Rahim Ali al-Fouadi, an instructor in the translation unit at the center of strategic and international studies, university of Baghdad entitled “principles of integration of linguistic levels of upward inflection in Arabic (Arabic inflection): the 2nd key” within the approved scientific researches in the institute. The website of the university of Baghdad conveyed the participation of the university in publishing one of its global scientific researches in a conference which will be held on the 22nd of November in the 90th anniversary of the birth of the Russian orientalist, Sherbatov. On the other hand, the center of strategic and international studies within its platform for the academic year 2014-2015 is preparing to hold a series of workshops in the coming days to address important topics on the international scene such as American strategy, U.S military operations against the terrorist and criminal ISIS in addition to discussing promotion researches submitted by the employees of the foreign service institute at the Iraqi foreign ministry. In this context, assistant professor Dr. Nadia Fadil Abbas supervised on a promotion research submitted by the first secretary of minister, Khalil Ibrahim Mahmoud entitled “Iraqi diplomacy and the future of the Iraqi-Indonesian relations” to become an adviser at the foreign service institute. The discussion committee consisted of the ambassador, Sabah Jamil Imran, administrator of that institute, ambassador Dr. Jawad Kazem al-Hindawi, head of the department of Asia and Australia, ambassador Dr. Matheel Daif al-Sabti, head of the department of political planning and the ambassador of Iraq Abdallah Hassan Saleh in Jakarta as members.
